In order to solve these matters, firstly, this paper analyzes surge current Test principles and SOA, ESB basic theory; Secondly, this paper analyzes the SOA-based lightning protection test system architecture; Then this paper analyzes the architecture of surge current test system, such as interfaces, communication protocols; Finally, we designed and implemented SOA based Surge Current Test System, ieee research papers on service oriented architecture, the practical application show that the system overcame the shortcomings of existing systems, integrated with other systems through the SOA architecture, avoided forming information silos.
